Terms & Conditions – Alee Disability Confidence Calls

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Confidence Calls provided by Alee Disability Support Services Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a Confidence Call, you (“the client”) agree to the following:

 

1. Purpose of the Call

– Confidence Calls are designed to provide guidance, information, and practical strategies relating to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

– The call does not replace legal, financial, or medical advice.

– The information provided is general in nature and based on our knowledge and experience of the NDIS.

 

2. Independence from the NDIS

– We are not staff, employees, or representatives of the NDIS or NDIA.

– All information shared is independent of the NDIS and should not be interpreted as official NDIS advice.

– Clients acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken following the call remain their sole responsibility.

 

3. Payment & Refunds

– Full payment is required at the time of booking.

– All payments are non-refundable.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

– Clients may reschedule a call up to 48 hours in advance at no cost.

– Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

 

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

– Clients acknowledge and give permission for the use of AI tools to support the preparation and delivery of Confidence Calls.

– AI may be used to provide examples, templates, or summaries during or after the call.

– While AI is used responsibly, we do not guarantee accuracy and clients remain responsible for verifying all information.

 

6. No Guarantees or Liability

– We do not guarantee specific outcomes from a Confidence Call, including but not limited to:

  1.            1. Approval of NDIS funding requests
  2.            2. Plan changes or reassessments
  3.            3. Increased budgets or supports
  4.  

– We are not responsible or liable for any changes to your NDIS plan or funding as a result of following advice provided during the call.

– All decisions made are the responsibility of the client.

 

7. Confidentiality

– All information shared during the call will be treated as confidential and in line with our Privacy Policy.

– We may retain brief notes for quality and record-keeping purposes.

 

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

– We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
